0.9.3.0 includes a sweep of balance changes, mostly to the Tukha but also to the Frundsberg. 

Specifically, the Tukha's Malware Delivery Pack, Signal Hijack, Maskirovka Suite and VELES NHP have been changed, and the Frundsberg's push of pike has been made 1/round, but unlimited while immobilised.
